Nume was founded and managed by Architect Ben Maguire.

Our primary objective is to make contemporary housing more accessible to the majority of home buyers by simplifying the design and construction process.

Typically buyers must separately hire architects, engineers and contractors, all while trying to keep costs and the schedule under control.

With Nume, buyers can select from our already designed house plans. These houses have either already been built or at least the construction costs have been estimated.  This process saves our clients time and money, and makes contemporary housing more affordable.
